Mas La Chevaliere is located just outside Beziers, in the Languedoc region of France. Founded in 1995 by Michel Laroche, of Domaine Laroche in Chablis, the estate’s 111 acres are planted on hillside terraces to maximize exposure to the sun. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with daily pump overs, the wine aged six months in tank.,,An unoaked Chardonnay with fresh aromas of lemons and tangerines, followed by a bright and a zesty finish.
