Description
The bouquet shows floral nuances, notably hibiscus; on the palate, this vintage is a whirlwind of sensations: red berry fruit, spices – white pepper in particular – and red orange notes bounce around, appear to fade then come back. In order to achieve this distinctive character, Pelaverga is vinified without excess or artificial contrivance.
