This wine positively LEAPS from the glass with oodles of currants, blueberries, pomegranate that are followed up with notes of tobacco, fresh-turned earth, and pencil lead. In the mouth, this is wonderfully rich and opulent without being overbearing and shows plenty of luscious fruits and fine tannins that lead to a fabulously silky finish. This wine shows a remarkable level of concentration and complexity without losing any balance.
