Description
Limoncello is one of Italy’s most famous liqueurs. The best versions have a richness to them that is counterbalanced with bright, citrusy notes complements of the lemon zests from which it is made. It should have just the right amount of sweetness. Too much and it can be cloying. Freshness is key. One of our favorites is Il Tramonto, a lush, beautiful limoncello that shows all of these characteristics.
