Organic. A drink now, fresh, clean wine with refined, mouthwatering fruitiness balanced by silky tannins. Rufina is its own appellation of Chianti, not to be confused with Chianti Classico or Chianti Colli Senesi. The type of soil and location of the Rufina region makes for a Chianti that is high in mouthwatering acidity.
